Tech notes for packing: IDENTICAL product to the one on the picture, make sure to send the one that has legs SLIGHTLY off the bottom, this is not the MID mounted jack, and not the bottom mounted one, the item has to match the picture. Basically out of 3 identical jack, choose the one that has the mounting points 3-4mm off the bottom of the jack.
